If you need to edit billing cycle dates and charges after you have already set up your billing for the semester follow these steps.
- In Vault go to Billing > Billing Overview.
- On the Billing Overview page make sure to choose the correct cycle from the drop down menu.
- Once you have chosen the correct cycle. Click on the pencil button under Section 1 to edit the cycle dates.
- You will be able to go in and edit the due date accordingly. Then click Submit.
- If you need to edit charges you will do that from the Billing Overview page as well. Go to the Billing Group you would like to edit charges for and click Edit Charges.
- You can then go in and update a charge, delete a charge by clicking on the trash can, or add a charge by clicking on the + button. Once your changes are complete click Save.
Please note if you do not have these options in Vault you will need to contact Operations Support for assistance. You can click on the support widget within Vault.
