This feature allows officers to create t-shirts for members to order using Graphic Cow. To add a Graphic Cow order, follow these steps:
- Select Add Order.
- Request a t-shirt proof via The Graphic Cow website. Enter the order number in the “Graphic Cow Order Number” field and click Next Step.
- Enter contact information into Vault.
- They also indicate the order closing date and the price members will pay per t-shirt.

- Members are notified via email and on myOmegaFi that a t-shirt is available for order.
- They can view an image of the t-shirt before placing their order online.

- When the order is closed, The Graphic Cow receives the information for processing. Charges automatically assess members’ accounts in accordance with their individual orders.
- The Graphic Cow processes the t-shirt order promptly and accurately.
- The Graphic Cow allows deferred payment to coincide with the chapter’s unique billing cycles.
- The due date of the next scheduled billing cycle is the date by which members pay for their t-shirts.
- On behalf of the chapter, OmegaFi remits payment to The Graphic Cow as soon as funds are available following the due date.
- T-shirts arrive to you neatly “cowtagged” in individual bags with each member’s name clearly labeled on the outside.
- Select Export to export both open and closed order information to Excel. Use the 'Search' tool to locate a specific order quickly.
