In order to create/maintain account registers for all bank accounts, you will need to understand and follow these terms:
- Bank Accounts – Chapters can create and maintain custom account registers for all bank accounts owned by the chapter.
- Register – Lists transaction details for all receipts and disbursements entered by the chapters, or imported via the Bank Account Importing tool.

Quick Entry – This allows you to quickly record a receipt or disbursement.
- Note: OmegaFi Deposits will automatically be recorded on your account register.
- Disbursement - Any check or other withdrawal (excluding transfers) that reduces the balance.
- Receipts - Any deposit or other transaction (excluding transfers) that increases the balance.
- Transfer - Movement of funds from one account to another
- Bank Import - Bank account importing allows chapters to upload all bank account transactions en masse through Vault.
