The receipt summary is a cash basis accounting report for income. The report includes all transactions coded to an income account from member payments, bill pay registers, and bank account registers.

- Select a date range to view a summary of all income.
- Export to PDF or Excel
- All columns are sortable to provide a customizable view.
- Click on the dollar amount to view transaction details.
- Overpayments occur when a member pays more than their balance
- Overpayments Allocations
- When a member overpays their balance, the payment is not applied to a specific income account and is classified as an Overpayment. As new charges occur, the system reallocates the payment from an overpayment to an income account. The detail of the payment allocation is provided in this section.
