Vault Contracts enable you to create legally binding contracts for your members and their guarantors to sign. Use this tool for leases, promissory notes, membership agreements, and more! Once created, your members and their guarantors will be able to sign the contacts using the steps below.
Before You Begin
Ensure you have created your contract, assigned it to the correct members, and set the appropriate dates for the contract to be live.
Member Signatures
Members will be responsible for adding a guarantor (if required) as well as signing the contract. The steps below outline what your members will need to do to accomplish this.
- Sign into myOmegaFi
- The contract should automatically pop up. If not, contact a chapter admin.
- Edit the guarantor field and enter their name and email address.
- Click to sign the contract and ensure all fields are filled out before submitting.
Guarantor Signatures
Guarantors will be added by the member and will be emailed an invitation to sign the contract. Note: even if you have a parent myOmegaFi account, you will still need to access the contract via emailed invitation. The contract will not automatically show up on the parent myOmegaFi account like it does for the members.
