Ordering an Officer Purchasing Card allows you to use the money in your chapter's Bill Pay Funds at places Visa is accepted. Your chapter can have one Officer Purchasing Card for free at all times, and we offer the option to order additional cards for $120 a year. Follow the steps below for help ordering yours!
If Ordering for Yourself
- Go to the Bill Pay Tab
- Select Officer Purchasing Cards
- Click Add Card
- Select For Me
- Fill out the Information Fields
- Click Send Me A Card
- Confirm the request went through by going to the Bill Pay Tab
- Select Registers
- See if Your Name is listed on a Bill Pay Fund under Officer Purchasing Cards
- If it is, your request has been submitted, and you can stop following the steps here
- If it is not, continue following the steps below
- Return to the Officer Purchasing Card Page
- Scroll down and see if your name is listed under Invitations
- Click the Trash Icon to delete the invitation
- Resubmit the request by repeating the instructions above
If Ordering for Others
- Go to the Bill Pay Tab
- Select Officer Purchasing Cards
- Click Add Card
- Select For Others
- An email invitation will be sent to the person selected
- Have them fill out the required Information Fields
- Have them Submit the request
- Confirm the request went through by going to the Bill Pay Tab
- Select Registers
- See if Their Name is listed on a Bill Pay Fund under Officer Purchasing Cards
- If it is, their request has been submitted, and you can stop following the steps here
- If it is not, continue following the steps below
- Return to the Officer Purchasing Card Page
- Scroll down and see if their name is listed under Invitations
- Click the Trash Icon to delete the invitation
- Resubmit the request by repeating the instructions above
