In order to set up billing, follow these steps:
- Click on the Billing tab
- Select Billing Overview
- Click Set Up Billing
- To begin, enter both the term and year
- Select the first due date and late after date
- If late fee and prepayment discount changes are needed, contact your support team.
- Select Next
- Select the term from which you wish to copy charges. All billing cycles are copied from a previous term and can then be edited.

- Each billing group is listed with copied charges. Each group has an option to edit the name of the group, add notes to the group, and edit the charges in the group.

- Select 'Edit Charges' to edit descriptions, income accounts and amounts.
- Previous term's scheduled charges for that billing group display for reference. Additionally, you can copy charges from a different term or from another Billing Group. During this step, ensure that requirements for Inter/National Headquarters are met. If unsure, reach out to your support team.
- Review all billing information before approving the setup.
- Select the Save button
