A late fee can be assessed as a percentage of the outstanding balance or as a fixed amount. On the day following the 'Late After' date of each billing cycle, a late fee assesses to members' accounts who did not pay their balance.
Officers can work with their support team to change the late fee options. Vault users with Manage Billing privileges can turn late fees off for specific members who have payment arrangements or a hardship. We recommend you regularly review members with late fees held to ensure members adhere to payment arrangements and remove the hold on late fees when appropriate.
