This displays members whose billing status conflicts with their member status and allows users to update these statuses.
Example: Member Status = Alumnus, but Billing Status = Active. Typically, members with a member status of Alumnus should have an inactive billing status, and vice versa.
Follow the below steps to make updates:
- Select Active or Inactive in the 'Change Billing Status To' field, and the list of members updates based on your selection.
- Select a Billing Status Reason if the 'Change Billing Status To' option is Inactive.
- To select individual members, click the box next to each appropriate member's name, or to select all members, click the box next to 'Name' in the column header.
- Click Update Billing Statuses to change the 'Billing Status' of all selected members to the new status in the 'Change To' field.
